Pittsford Mustangs Soccer Club will be hosting a Managers meeting on Tuesday, March 2 from 7-9pm at Mendon High School Lecture rooms A & B. This meeting is to help managers and coaches navigate through the basic requirements of running teams in the Rochester District Youth Soccer League (RDYSL).
Topics will include:
- Medical Awareness and In-Season Injuries
- Equipment & Uniforms
- Risk Management
- Player/Coaches Passes
- Team Finances and Expense Reimbursements
- TOURNAMENTS,COACH’S DISCRETIONARY SPENDING, TRAVEL EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT, REFEREE FEES, FINES
- Game Reports
- Scheduling
- Game Rescheduling (including Field Process)
- Team Websites

All Coaches and Managers are required to attend the RDYSL team meeting held at Monroe Community College (MCC) on Saturday, March 20 at 2pm. NOTE: GU13-14 is an exception to this meeting time and will meet on March 14th at 3pm at Canandaguia National Bank 1150 Pittsford-Victor Road

Equipment News: January 2010
Are you a new coach or manager that does not have equipment kept over from last year? If so, we have equipment for you. Please stop by Rink and Joani Moffetts house at 10 Ithaca Drive (off of Van Voorhis) anytime on Saturday, Sunday, or thereafter, and find equipment bags on the front porch.
A couple of reminders:
First, Teams U13 and up use size 5 balls, everyone younger uses size 4, so please take a bag from the correct pile.
Second, you do not need corner flags until we go outside, so those will be available later.
Third, please check your garage for last years equipment before you pick up new stuff, the vast majority of you already have it.

Coaches Training: E License
All Pittsford Mustangs Coaches will be required to have a minimum of an E license by the end of 2010. Course availability, details and registration information are located on the New York State West website.
