Thornell Farm Park
Our three Thornell Farm Park fields are located adjacent to Pittsford Mendon High School on Pittsford Mendon Road (Route 64) south of the village of Pittsford.
Directions: From Rochester, take I-590 to Monroe Avenue (Route 31). Exit onto Monroe Avenue, heading east for approximately 2.5 miles into the Village of Pittsford. At the main, four corners intersection in the Village (the intersection of Route 31 running east-west, and Route 64/96 running north-south) turn right, or south, onto Route 64/96 (known as Main Street). Proceed southerly on Main Street which become Pittsford Mendon Road. Continue south on Main Street / Pittsford Mendon Road / Route 64 past St. Louis Church (on left), through the Jefferson Road intersection (light) until you reach the intersection of Pittsford Mendon Road, Stone Road, and Mendon Center Road at a light, adjacent to the cemetery. Continue through the light, bearing to the left (at the "Y" intersection) as you go through the light. Continue south on Pittsford Mendon Road/Route 64 until you reach Pittsford Mendon High School on the left and the Pittsford fire station on the right. The entrance to Thornell Farm Park is on the left, just south of the entrance to Pittsford Mendon High School. Thornell Farm Park is approximately 3 miles south of the Village of Pittsford.
Pittsford Middle School
Directions to Pittsford Middle School / Barker Road Fields: See directions above from the Village of Pittsford. Follow these directions, until just opposite the Pittsford Mendon High School, turn right onto Bloomfield Road just before the fire station. After traveling less than 100 yards, turn right onto Barker Road (before passing the Church of the Transfiguration on your left). Having turned right onto Barker Road, the Pitts-ford Middle School and Barker Road fields will be on your left. Enter into the parking lot on the west side of the school.
Hopkins Park
Directions to Hopkins Park fields: See directions for Thornell Farm Park and Pittsford Middle School / Barker Road fields above. Hopkins Park is located on Barker Road (as is the Pittsford Middle School) just west of the Pittsford Middle School. Hopkins Park is located on the corner of Barker Road and Mendon Center Road.
Mendon Center Elementary
Directions to Mendon Center Elementary: See Directions above to Thornell Farm Park. Instead of bearing left at the "Y" intersection of South Main Street, Stone Road, Pittsford Mendon Road, and Mendon Center Road at the cemetery south of Pittsford, continue going straight at this intersection. This will put you going south on Mendon Center Road. Mendon Center Elementary is located on the left, approximately 1/2 mile on the left. The fields are located in the rear of the school.
Jefferson Road
From Rochester, take I-590 to Monroe Avenue (Route 31). Exit onto Monroe Avenue, heading east into the Village of Pittsford. At the main, four corners intersection in the Village (the intersection of Route 31 and Route 64/96) turn right, or south, onto Route 64/96 (known as Main Street). Turn left at first light onto Jefferson Road. Turn right immediately after the first set of lights onto School Lane. Jefferson Road school is at the end of School Lane. The fields are at the rear of the school.
From I-490: Exit at Pittsford Exit (Route 31). Proceed west on Route 31 towards Pittsford Village. At the main, four corners intersection in the Village (the intersection of Route 31 and Route 64/96) turn left, or south, onto Route 64/96 (known as Main Street). Turn left at lights onto Jefferson Road. Turn right immediately after the first set of lights onto School Lane. Jefferson Road school is at the end of School Lane. The fields are at the rear of the school.
